My achievements

My achievements include:

·      Top 100 most influential Women in Engineering 2019

·      CBE awarded in the 2015 New Year Honours for services to disabled people and their families

·      Honorary doctorate from the University of York 2015 for my work in employment and in accessibility

·      Winner of the Financial Times Non Executive Director Award for Not-For-Profit/Public Sector 2014

·      Finalist in the ‘Turnover over £60 Million’ category in the IoD South East Director of the Year 2013
